Shipping Policy
Hawk’s Vineyard™ orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow up to 1-2 days for order processing, as we prepare your order. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Once you have placed your order, you should receive it within 3-5 business days depending upon your location and province. At this time we are not able to process orders outside of Canada.

Return and Exchange Policy
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you have any questions or concerns with the product(s) you receive, please do contact us.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your package upon arrival. We take the utmost care when sending you our products to ensure their safe delivery. Please contact us immediately should any damage occur during shipment.
